Am I living in a sexist society?

Recently, most of the news that caught the limelight had a sex angle attached to it and it led me think that are our society is going towards "extreme sexism"??

News regarding N.D.Tiwary - governor of Andhra Pradesh in a sex encounter with three women in the governor's house is shocking, not because he is a governor but more because he is in an octogerian (80+ years old). In my view, he must be the brand ambassador for Viagra because of hs high libido at such an old age. Or he must join Osho to learn the right essence of phsyical fulfillment.

Another news that came into limelight was a rape case against DGP in Haryana in Chandigarh where the girl was a 16 year old, who was later killed. Her friends and family, were later harassed by the police for several years. Now when media is putting its back behind the girl, that justice now seems possible. Now, one should ask the DGP that why he needed to commit such an heinous crime?? If he has such a high libido, I am sure his wife would simple love to have such a man in the bed, especially when reports say that more than 70% women do not able to achieve orgasm in their married life. What do his children think about him now?? I am sure they would probably don't feel ashamed of doing the same if got the chance, because now they know that their parents can't stop them, as they did the same in their life too.

Another news clipping regarding "rape attempt" was published in the newspaper. This time in Goa where two russians become the probable victims of a taxi driver. The women needed to run from the taxi and hide in bushes for five hours before they found some noble men to rescue them. Again, a psyche to have sex with white women. Ass hole!!! Never thought that color of the skin doesn't matter. What matters is the respect and the love of the other person. If his girl-friend / wife doesn't love him or allow sex, then he must seek a divorce and find another person than resorting to such activities. At worse, he can always help himself to relieve of such high sexual tensions.

All these events made me feel that our society has liberalized only in context of physical being. We have learnt to wear good clothes, study in a co-ed school, work together with the other gender, but our emotional being is still to get moderated.

Hence it becomes a necessity to impart sex education in the high school and college, when children come into the sexual age. This is the right timw when one must taught about emotional values of other person, what sex really means and how to respect the phsyical and emotional being of the other person. Till the time we don't impart such values into our society, we will continue to read such news more often.

I am ending it with a famous Osho quote on transformation
"All that this world needs is a good cleansing of the heart of all the inhibitions of the past. And laughter and tears can do both. Tears will take out all the agony that is hidden inside you and laughter will take all that is preventing your ecstasy. Once you have learned the art you will be immensely surprised."
